Monthly Bootcamps designed to get you up and sweating 3 times a week. These zoom sessions cover Hiit, strength & tone, with the added bonus of a group atmosphere from the comfort of your own home.

Workout with friends or family in a Covid safe environment locally, or all log onto zoom together. I offer a wide range of class styles - pilates for new mums, Saturday morning strength sessions, the choice is yours!
