With a successful long career as a professional dancer, performing all over the world, I truly understand how health and fitness benefit our lives.
I fell in love with yoga over 14 years ago and found it brought strength, calmness and connection to my body and mind, which complimented the hectic and sometimes uncertain world of dancing. To deepen my knowledge, I studied the eastern techniques in India where I gained my 200 YTT.

My passion for movement and a desire to create an active lifestyle for others, led me to gain my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and certification in Pilates. I love to help people embrace challenges, overcome boundaries and achieve their goals.
I am also pre/post natal trained via Burrell Education and specialise in this area. Since becoming a mother in 2022 to baby boy Louie, I experienced first hand the importance of moving my body for me and effectively regaining my strength both physically and mentally. It’s certainly a journey! -I hope to help as many mamas as I can on their own postnatal journey to rebuild safely, become stronger and reconnect with their bodies during such a challenging & monumental time in their lives.
